Information entered by the Participant concerning enrolment in orienteering events organized by the İstanbul Orienteering Spor Kulübü Derneği
may be used in participants lists, statistical studies, lists prepared before and after events, results lists and event reports.
In order to maintain maximum security of information given by the Participant, your credit card information required on the payment pages
is not stored in any way on the servers belonging to the İstanbul Orienteering Spor Kulübü Derneği or any companies working for the
İstanbul Orienteering Spor Kulübü Derneği. All operations pertaining to payments via the interface of these pages are processed by interaction
between the bank and your personal computer.

Dear Orienteers,
Due to the continuing negative effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, ist5days 2020 (Istanbul 5 Days Orienteering Event) which is planned to be held between 28.10.2020-1.11.2020 is cancelled as a result of a joint decision and evaluation of the Organization Committee, IOG Club Board and other supporting and contributing partners.
For us, the health of our competitors, volunteers and the members of the organization team comes first. Despite taking all necessary precautions and complying with restrictions for participation, the presence of an unforeseen high risk and the possibility of the participants and/or the organization team experiencing a severe health problem due to Covid-19 shall prevent our competition from being organised successfully and enjoyable as in previous years. The cancellations of the official championships and popular international events similar to ist5days all over the world and in our country, have supported our unwilling and unhappy decision.
Due to cancellation, the participants who already registered and paid will be refunded until October 15th 2020 (after mandatory deductions of exchange rate differences and bank fees) or these participants can request that the payment they have done to be accepted as/deducted from the registration fee of our next year's competition for saving the mandatory deductions. If you are one of them we kindly ask you to forward your choice by sending an urgent e-mail to info@ist5days.com (until September 30th 2020). If you have not received the refunded amount by October 15th 2020, please inform us by sending an e-mail to info@ist5days.com.
We hope that the threat will be eliminated as soon as possible and all of us will continue orienteering activities with health, peace and security.
